Refund policy

We take great care in packaging your prints and wall art to ensure they arrive without any damage. However, there may be rare instances where UPS, FedEx, or USPS mishandle the package, resulting in damage. If this occurs, please notify us immediately so we can arrange for an freight claim and immediate replacement.

Please note that all orders are customized to your specifications and are not pre-made or kept in stock. Therefore, while I accept returns for prints, it's important to understand that each order is made specifically for you. If you need assistance selecting the right size, material, or color, feel free to reach out; we'll be happy to help!

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please get in touch with me immediately. Returns are allowed within 45 days of delivery if they are returned in the original shipping/packaging and the original condition. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. When we receive the return, a refund will be issued immediately, and you should have it within a few days, depending on your credit card issuer or payment method.

Custom orders and clearance/sale items may not be returned.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $50, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
