Frequently Asked Questions – Customer Service Contact

Frequently Asked Questions, Contact Info | Home Decor, Farmhouse Kitchen, Laundry Room Wall, Modern Farmhouse Wall Art Prints, Print Sets, Framed Decor

General

Did you photograph these pictures?

Yes! Everything that you see in my shop is from my original photography. You will not find mass-produced, big-box “art” in my stores. I photographed all of my images here in the United States, and your order will also ship from here in the United States.

How do I flatten my rolled print?
  1. Larger-sized prints may be shipped in a tube mailer to protect them from shipping damage.
  2. Before you start unrolling, stop and make sure your hands and the surface area you’re working on are clean.
  3. When handling your print, only touch the edges (or wear white cotton gloves as I do) – keep your fingers away from the main part of the image!
  4. Carefully place the print image side down on your workspace and gently unroll.
  5. When your print is fully face down, take some smooth, flat, heavy objects, like books, and place them on the ends and even the middle of your print. Let it sit overnight.
  6. After 24 hours, check your print. If it’s still not laying flat, put your heavy objects back on it for a couple more hours.

And that’s it! You’re ready to frame your print.

Do you offer personalized orders?

Yes, I do; everything from signs to personalized windmill prints and much more. Don’t hesitate to contact me; I will show you various options.

Can I buy a digital image file and print it myself?

No, I only sell my finished products, but if you have a large commercial project, don’t hesitate to get in touch with me.

What kind of camera do you use?

I’ve always invested in professional equipment; I currently shoot with the Sony A7R III today. At 42.4-megapixel, there is no quality loss with enlargements. And as far as my lens collection, it’s an embarrassingly large collection that I won’t even get into. There are TWO I use the most: the Sigma 14-24mm f/2.8 DG DN Art Lens is my most used landscape lens. And for wildlife, my go-to lens is the gigantic Sony FE 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 GM OSS.

Are you in the USA, and do you ship from the USA?

Yes! I am located in southcentral Kansas. And I process smaller and matted prints myself using professional equipment and materials. As with my professional print lab, I use archival-quality papers AND only superior, PIGMENT-BASED INKS. And I partner with only the best in professional printing for my oversized art. Again, we use only archival-quality papers, canvas, and pigment-based inks. All are MADE IN THE USA!

Framing

Do you offer print framing services for the prints you sell?

Yes, I do! And my bestselling frame right now is the skinny black frame. And close behind is the reclaimed Barnwood frame! I have dozens of matboard colors as well. Additionally, I sell my canvas prints with a floating frame option.

You can also purchase my images in a loose paper print and frame them yourself. This is the best option if you want glass instead of my acrylic glazing.

You can find lovely frames at Hobby Lobby, Michaels, etc., and local framing services.

Sizing

What size should I purchase?

Although 60×40-inch artwork is the most popular size, your art should complement the space in which it will be showcased. Because there are so many variables, feel free to contact me for a free design mockup of your space.

Do you offer custom sizing?

Yes, I do! Most of the sizing options on my website will give you a set of usual sizes from which to choose. If you have a wall that needs a custom size, feel free to contact me to discuss it!

What is the largest size you can print?

Most of my images can be printed as large as ten feet wide. Don’t hesitate to contact me for additional details on custom sizing to fit your needs.

Shipping

What do you charge for shipping?

Shipping within the US is F.R.E.E. for all sizes in my product listings. I will provide you with a shipping quote for custom-sized canvas and framed prints.

Do you ship internationally?

I am shipping to the United States only. My apologies for any inconvenience, but I do not ship elsewhere currently.

When will my order ship?

Most prints ship in one day! Most prints ship in one day! Large prints typically ship within 2-3 days, canvas orders typically ship within 3-5 days, framed canvas usually within 4-6 business days, and framed prints, including custom, typically ship within 7-10 business days. Please allow extra time during the peak and holiday season and contact me for cutoff deadlines for holiday gifts. I ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS, and I will send you tracking information as soon as your order is en route.

Returns and Replacements

My order was damaged in shipping. Can you replace it?

It’s only on the rare occasion that a shipment is damaged; however, if this happens, please send me a few photos, including the box and the damaged item, and I will get a replacement right out to you.

Do you accept returns?

Because all products are made to order, I do not accept returns. Please ask if you are unsure of the material, size, or color, and I will help you. I can even create a mockup if you send me a wall photo.
